Our permanent makeup experts Troy and Royse Maiocco are a mother and daughter team that were both trained and certified in Permanent Cosmetics in 2008. They continue to attend master classes for advanced techniques to provide their clients with the best possible results.  They are thrilled to be joining the FUZION team.
