Trained at Duke University, he has over twenty-five years of experience and is currently a Clinical Instructor at Yale University Department of Plastic Surgery while maintaining surgical privileges at all local hospitals. Kati Midgley, A.K.A "The Injectable Specialist," is renowned for her ability to tailor BOTOX and dermal fillers to each individual's preferred look. She uses her extensive knowledge in facial anatomy and medical expertise to enhance her client's natural beauty while using her artistic nature to provide a perfectly customized aesthetic plan for each of her patients.
As co-owner and Associate Medical Director of FUZION Medical Aesthetic Boutique, Kati works side-by-side with Board Certified Plastic Surgeon David Goodkind, MD. Her aesthetic certifications include: dermal fillers, BOTOX Cosmetic, mesotherapy/lipodissolve, carboxitherapy, microdermabrasion, advanced skin care, electrophysiology/laser science, sclerotherapy, ambulatory phlebectomy/vascular laser therapy and dermatologic skin evaluation. She and Dr. Goodkind are also currently developing a scientifically based anti-aging and eco-friendly skincare line.
Kati has been working as a Physician Assistant since 2002. Previously, she was the Founder, Associate Medical Director and Creative Coordinator of Clarity Medical Aesthetics and Rejuvenation. Her extensive medical background includes Family Practice and Yale New Haven Hospital Emergency Medicine. Prior to refocusing her career, she worked as a licensed Physical Therapist with a specialty in neuroscience at The Johns Hopkins Hospital.
She has also been teaching across the country for ten years. These honors include Quinnipiac University Physician Assistant program Clinical Instructor, Cynosure laser trainer, Yale Emergency Medicine PA Clinical Instructor and National BOTOX, Dermal Fillers, medical aesthetics and Sclerotherapy Instructor for Esthetic Skin Institute, LLC.
Kati graduated from Quinnipiac University's Physician Assistant program and holds a masters degree in Public Health Science, a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from Northeastern University and a Certificate Degree in Musical Theory and Violin Performance from the New England Conservatory of Music. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA), the Connecticut Academy of Physician Assistants and is a national board member of the American Academy of Medical Esthetic Professionals (AAMEP), as well as the national AAMEP Physician Assistant liaison to the AAPA.
