HOW DOES IT WORK?

Simple. Visit us for your appointments, buy your favorite products at FUZION, attend events and refer friends. That's
it, nothing extra...and we'll say thank you by awarding you points for being such a loyal client. We'll email you a $50 Fringe Benefits coupon (guaranteed to make every inbox smile) for every 500 points you earn. It's yours to reward yourself the next time you visit FUZION.

THE FINE PRINT

Unlike some rewards programs, we actually want you to read the fine print. There really is no catch for our Thank Yous, just additional information about how FUZION’s Fringe Benefits works to ensure everyone gets the thanks they deserve.

HOW DO YOU JOIN FRINGE BENEFITS? 

• You’re automatically enrolled in Fringe Benefits. 

• There’s absolutely no fee to enroll.  

• We’ll need a valid email address to send you your Fringe Benefits coupons.

HOW DO YOU GAIN FRINGE BENEFITS?

• You accrue points that are awarded at the time of check out, at events or by showing your love online.

• When you refer friends, your points will be earned when they check out.

• For every 500 points you earn, we will email you a coupon for $50 to use at FUZION.

• When you earn more than 500 points, the excess will remain in your account so you can continue to earn more Fringe Benefits. 

• Points are earned on FUZION products and services only and are not accrued or valid on Dr. Goodkind’s surgical procedures with the exception of SmartLipo MPX.

DO FRINGE BENEFITS EXPIRE?

• We want you to take full advantage of everything FUZION has to offer—so please know coupons expire after two years from their issue date.

• We reserve the right to terminate or modify the program at any time.

WHAT ARE THE EXCEPTIONS?

• Some purchases may not earn points. For example, you won’t earn points for buying yourself a gift certificate to use on yourself. If we suspect abuse or other sneaky behavior, we reserve the right to terminate your enrollment in our program (and remember, the karma police will find you).

• On rare occasions, you may not be able to earn points with special offers on purchases. 

• Fringe Benefits coupons are non-transferable. 

• No refunds or credit will be given for your Fringe Benefits coupons, so be sure to plan ahead. 

• Points and coupons may not be redeemed for cash.
